I. GENERAL TERMS

1. Настоящите Общи условия уреждат взаимоотношенията между потребителите на електронните интернет страници и услуги, намиращи се на домейн beautycodest.com, инстаграм и фейсбук страницата ни (наричани по-долу за краткост „Сайт“, „Уебсайт“,„Интернет страница“, “Електронен магазин”, “Ние”) и се прилагат в отношенията ни с клиенти физически лица (наричани за краткост „Вие“, „Потребител“), които имат достъп до уебсайта или в страницата ни в социалните мрежи, администрирана от нас.

By placing orders through the site, you agree that information related to the concluded contract can be sent by email.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to an order from the Site, as well as to a request for a product or service from a user/customer to the trader, made by phone, e-mail or social networks.

Everywhere in these General Terms and Conditions under "Site", "Web page", "Electronic store”, “Merchant”, “Seller”, “We” should mean beautycodest.com e-store managed and administered by "Aura International Consulting" Ltd.

III. USER PROFILE REGISTRATION

Registration of a user profile on beautycodest.com is NOT required to use the site, place orders or ask questions through the forms provided. When registering, you must enter your first and last name, e-mail, contact phone(s). You also need to choose a password. After you have successfully registered, for each individual order, you have the opportunity to correct your contact phone number and delivery address, as well as to designate your representative to accept the order. By ticking the box "I agree with the General Terms and Conditions", the customer makes an electronic statement in the sense of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, by which he declares that he is familiar with the present General Terms and Conditions and accepts them.

 

IV. PRIVACY OF DATA

The personal data that beautycodest.com receives during registration will be used solely for customer service - accepting and fulfilling orders, delivering information in the form of a newsletter and contacting users in case of problems related to the order. beautycodest.com guarantees that the data in question will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above, except in the cases provided for by the current legislation.

 

V. ORDER

Orders are accepted on the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. In order to generate an order through the site, it is not necessary to register a user profile. The ordering of the product(s) specified by the user is carried out using the "Add to cart" buttons on the page of each product and on the page with a list of products. These buttons add the selected product to the user's cart, after which the user has the option to add more products to it or proceed to checkout. Upon completion of the order, the user has the opportunity to review the products he has decided to purchase, their prices. The user can complete the order with an already registered user profile, register a new profile or just fill in the required data for the payer and recipient of the shipment: names, e-mail, phone, address, as well as choose the payment method. After finalizing the order and sending the request made in this way, a confirmation will be sent to the indicated e-mail with the recording of the entered information. In case of unsolicited and unclaimed shipments, we have the right to add your data to a database of incorrect customers. In the case of previous unreceived shipments, the store reserves the right NOT to fulfill orders, not owing any promise or information to the customer.

 

VI. PRICE OF THE ORDER

The final price of the order is calculated as the sum of the prices of the ordered products. All prices include VAT and are not subject to change from the moment of ordering to the moment of payment. A delivery fee may be added to the price of the ordered goods, depending on the products chosen by the customer and the destination of the shipment.

 

VII. PROBLEMS WITH ORDER FULFILLMENT

Fulfillment of your order may be prevented due to any for the following reasons:

  1. One or all of the ordered goods are out of stock; in this case we we will contact you as soon as possible.
  2. No payment has been made (payment delay) by the user if he has chosen a bank transfer.
  3. The user has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
  4. No phone number to contact the user.

In the event of delivery problems at our fault, all additional costs of sending or receiving the goods are at our expense. In all in other cases, subsequent sending of the shipment will be at your expense.

 

VIII. METHODS OF PAYMENT

  1. Payment on delivery (cash on delivery): Upon receipt of the goods you pay the amount due to the courier. Payment for selected option "Cash on delivery" is carried out only in Bulgarian leva.
  2. Payment by bank transfer: Payment of the due amount is made through bank transfer to the bank account specified by beautycodest.com.
  3. Payment by debit or credit card.

 

IX. REFUSAL OF ORDER AND RETURN OF GOODS

Every user (if a natural person) has the right to return the purchased from him one or more goods within the 14-day period from the date of their receipt without owing compensation or penalty and without specifying reason for return.

The user is obliged to store the received goods, their quality and safety until they are returned to beautycodest.com. The returned goods must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged impaired its commercial appearance (e.g. torn packaging, removed labels, missing parts, etc.) and be accompanied by all accompanying items documents - receipt and/or invoice, warranty card, instructions for usage etc.

The shipping costs of returning the goods from the customer to beautycodest.com are for customer account.

beautycodest.com refunds in full the sums received by the user, including the costs of delivery to the user's address (if any accrued ones), no later than 14 days, counting from the date on which the user has exercised his right of refusal according to the procedure described in art. 52 of the Civil Code.

IMPORTANT!!! Due to hygiene reasons, beautycodest.com has the right to refuse to accept the return of a cosmetic product that is suspected to have been opened and used. A cosmetic product with protective elements removed and stickers, when available, are non-refundable.

 

X. COMPLAINTS FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENT

It is the customer's (recipient's) duty to open the delivered package in the moment of its receipt, in the presence of the courier, and check for damage to the shipment or lack of its contents that are due due to transportation.

A claim for a damaged shipment is made at the time of receipt of the shipment and in the presence of a courier, with whom a finding report is filled out in three uniform specimens. The customer (the recipient of the shipment) is obliged to request the original and a copy of the minutes, then to contact representative of beautycodest.com to file the complaint. beautycodest.com se undertakes to replace the damaged/missing item free of charge or refund of the amount paid by the customer, only after the provision of client side protocol.

 

XI. DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS

In situations arising in connection with unsettled issues, the customer has the right to direct the disputed questions to our associate at the specified for correspondence address.

That's why we process yours information exclusively based on applicable law, specifically the GDPR, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Act on e-commerce (E-commerce). You have the right to access your data that we process, as well as right to rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection.

If you believe that our processing of your data infringes the provisions for the protection of personal data or if you believe that your rights according to these regulations have been violated in any way, you can contact the competent administrative authority. In Bulgaria it is The Commission for the Protection of Personal Data.
